Blbrand reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service or products without written permission from BLBrand.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after production has started.
Payments must be completed before processing begins.
Blbrand operates on a made-to-order and limited production model to ensure quality and sustainability. Estimated production time is up to 2 – 4 weeks and may vary depending on the product and order volume.
Production time does not include shipping duration. Customers will be notified via email if production exceeds the estimated timeline. Please note that shipments are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Due to the nature of our production (made-to-order products), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where an item is defective or damaged. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.
If you receive a defective item, you may return the piece for an exchange. To request an exchange, please email [email protected] with your order number.
All exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, a replacement item in the requested size will be sent to you.
Orders are shipped after production is completed. And items are shipped from our studio based in Lagos, Nigeria. Once dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where applicable).
Within Nigeria: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
International Orders: 7–14 working days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Incorrect details may result in delayed or failed delivery.
Blbrand garments are crafted with attention to detail and cultural techniques. Improper care may result in damage. Please follow the care instructions provided.
Blbrand is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, handling, or storage.
