RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our clothing is made of high-quality cotton T-shirts and jeans that are hand-printed and produced in Nigeria. To preserve the vibrancy of the colors and designs, we recommend dry cleaning only.
RETURNS
All full-priced items are eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Sale items are final sale. All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Please note that where possible, any labels or tags must remain intact and attached. All items must be returned within 7 days after receipt. The product(s) should be returned in or with its original packaging. Exchanges will be processed within a period of five(5) business days after we inspect the items to ensure they are eligible for a return or exchange. Please explain why you are returning. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy. Shipping expenses are non-refundable both ways. However, if an item is defective or damaged, we will cover return shipping costs. Please keep in mind that we cannot assume responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. International customs and taxes are not refunded by BLBRAND. If you are ordering from another country and wish to request specific shipping details or methods, Please let us know when you place your purchase.
REFUNDS
For refunds, your account will be credited within 7-10 business days of receipt less any shipping costs incurred by BLBRAND. You will be emailed a confirmation once the transaction goes through. If goods are not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed or given online store credit. All transactions will be refunded in the original payment method. Please be aware that all responsible return costs are applicable to the customer. Refunds and exchanges will only be given on items returned within 7 days after the delivery. Items that are returned as faulty and are showing signs of damage that are not the result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted. This includes accidental, malicious, or wearer-related damages. As soon as we have received and approved your return, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business to process your refund.
